We will start the day at the Central Market stalls and gather strength for our tour in Central Bar, the tapas bar of renowned chef Ricard Camarena. We will continue strolling through the old town, from the Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) to the Plaza de la Virgen and the Cathedral. We will move to the more modern side of València, visiting the Marqués de Dos Aguas Palace and the Colon Market, where we will taste a local wine. We will learn about Valencian modernism whilst admiring the Estación del Norte (North Station), the Bullfighting Arena and from there onto the ‘ensanche’, the expansion area outside of the old city, where we will treat ourselves to a lunch at the legendary Bar Maipi.
