Sustainable Route of the Barracas

Would you like to go on a route through the traditional Sustainable Barracas of Valencia?

First you will discover the Barraca del Tio Aranda, the oldest in the Valencian Community, dating from the 18th century. Then, after a short 5-minute walk, you will reach the Barraca Fang i Pallús, preserved as a museum and with its own jetty from where you will board one of the typical boats for a 25-minute walk to the Casa y Motor de L’Alcatí. Here you will see an engine that is still in operation in the heart of La Albufera. The route will end with a delicious traditional Valencian aperitif of about 40 minutes and a boat ride back to El Palmar.

From 7€ you can visit the Barraca del Tio Aranda for groups.
