Yees!

The zero mile of traditional cuisine

You will learn how to cook the authentic Valencian paella in the same place where the famous Valencian writer Vicente Blasco-Ibáñez was inspired to write one of his most popular novels which later went to the cinema. Among the canes and water of the Albufera, we discover the authentic Valencian Barraca. The guests cook their own paella. Local and natural products that make up the most universal Spanish dish. Arriving from the canal in Barca, the paellas are made in the outdoor area and a set is prepared every 12-15 people with the ingredients and all the necessary material for the paella cooking. A master of ceremonies will be present to explain and direct the activity. Each paella will be served as a main dish by our waiters.
