Once a year, we Valencians stop being strict judges of what an ‘authentic’ paella is and invite the whole world to cook it and enjoy it in good company.

September 20th is the day of our most international dish, World Paella Day, and to celebrate it, from September 17th to 27th, the opportunity returns to celebrate it in more than 60 restaurants with a closed menu with rice as the main ingredient.
