From 23 March to 2 April the most popular gastronomic event returns to the best restaurants in the city and province, València Cuina Oberta. This edition is once again committed to seasonal and local products, as well as the sustainability and quality of all the participating establishments.

Haute cuisine menus at reduced prices, 28 euros at lunchtime and 36 euros at dinner, drinks apart, with a supplement in gourmet or Michelin-starred establishments.
